I would recommend this book to Year 5 and up.
This book is quirky and crazy. There are a lot of twists and turns. Overall it's just a really cool book. The story is about an eight-year-old called Noah Barleywater who decides to run away. On his adventure, he meets a tree that can move by its self, a talking dachshund and a talking donkey. He also meets an old man who runs a toy shop and shares some stories with each other. Does Noah go home or stay with the old man?
