Daily Connection Question - Would you rather be the boss or employee and what would make you better at one position than the other?

Would you rather be the boss or employee and 

what would make you better at one position than the other? 

I would rather be an employee because I wouldn't want people to hate me if I made a bad decision. I'm also wouldn't want to be a boss because I'm not a very good leader.

    Hi Max,
    Interestingly I am going to disagree with you. What makes you think you aren't a good leader? I actually think you have a number of traits required to be a good leader. You have respect from those around you, you are caring, you are sensible, and you have foresight to understand the consequences of decisions that you make. I would say watch this space :)
